Manuel founded LifeSciTech Strategic Advisors to bridge the gap between technology and market success in life sciences. As a data, analytics, and insights professional, he has seen biopharma, payer, providers and other stakeholders in our complex healthcare industry all struggle with the successful adoption of digital and AI/ML-driven technologies. At the same time, tech-native companies have been challenged to make meaningful inroads into healthcare as compared to other industries.

The reasons for these gaps are many-fold, but Manuel's focus is on helping the leaders on both sides of these conversations and negotiations be successful in creating outcomes that benefit everyone. Over his 20+ year career in biopharma, he has been at the nexus of these partnerships, having led the buying, building, and embedding of data, analytics, operations, and other capabilities that have driven measurable results in terms of revenue gains and customer engagement. He has also partnered with and advised technology providers and practitioners to shape winning product strategy and roadmaps for successful adoption and integration into commercial business environments.

He brings a systems-thinking approach to every engagement, an understanding of both biopharma and tech-native operating models, and an experience-based recognition that focusing on the technology per se is important but insufficient to optimize collective value and to meaningfully advance capabilities that enable life science and healthcare organizations to improve patient outcomes.
